About the host
Mini is the founder and instructor of Mini’s Yoga Vibes. She studied yoga in Pune University, and has practiced with various gurus. She has undergone yoga therapy training from Svasa University in Pune. For 15 years, she has been teaching yoga and doing yoga therapy for backpain, diabetes, obesity, frozen shoulder patients.
